If you only need KODUM engineers to support your in-house ICT team, the good news is we can. KODUM provides escalation support for a range of teams where we help guide them to the issue. If required KODUM engineers then attend site to resolve the issue, where we then carry out thorough testing to re-certify the system.

User Training Programs

KODUM are big fans of training. We like to see your users get the most out of their new technology and environments.

We can develop both certified and non-certified training programs that can be as detailed or as simple as you like. We provide training programs for users, your technical staff and your executive teams.
